A day or so before, I had used a pinned recipe for CP BBQ Chicken. The next night I didn’t have a whole lot of time to get food ready for a very hungry Cowboy before we had to go somewhere so I decided to throw this together.
I like to put my tortilla in the microwave for about 15 seconds (I usually do 3-4 at a time). This makes it soft and easier to fold in. Put your chicken in the middle.
Sprinkle some shredded cheese (whatever kind you choose) and then add some lettuce (I like romaine).
With some tomatoes and a generous amount of BBQ sauce, the wrap turns out to delicious and super easy. Plus it’s definitely all white meat!
Copycat McDonald’s BBQ Chicken Wraps
4 tortillas, white or wheat (preferably 12″)
2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped (I used leftover CP BBQ Chicken)
Cheese of your choice
Soften tortilla in microwave for 15 seconds to help with folding. Place chicken in the middle of tortilla and then top with other ingredients. Fold in opposing sides and then roll tightly to the other side. Enjoy!
